Counting time, number of repetitions

Starts the counter using the internal time base. The counting time muss always be given (in us). The number of repetitions is optional (1 by default).

Start an scan in the threshold for integration mode measurements. It uses the attributes ScanLowLimit, ScanHighLimit, ScanNbSteps and ScanIntegrationTime

Stops the scan after finishing the current point.
