EncoderModeScalar: DevString Type of encoder (stepdir or quad)
EncoderDirScalar: DevString Direction coding of differential encoder steps (uu, dd, ud, du)
EncoderScalar: DevLong Value of encoder counter
PositionScaleScalar: DevDouble Size of one encoder step
PositionUnitScalar: DevString Units of position. String containing real units, anything can be written, it is only used in the logging file.
PositionScalar: DevDouble Current position. Read position, writting does not move anything, only calibrates.
PixelOriginScalar: DevDouble Positin of origin of spatila pixel array
PixelPitchScalar: DevDouble Size of spatial pixels
