New release of Taurus 3.7.3

Taurus 3.7.3 has been released. It is a bugfix release that fixes bugs #260, #261, #269,
#277 and #300 for the old 3.x series (now considered "legacy" since the release of taurus 4).

The source and a Windows installer be downloaded from PyPI:
