A TANGO training has been organized by IAEA for the Algerian "Commissariat à l'énergie atomique" from 26 to 30 october 2014.
A TANGO training has been organized by (International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) for the Algerian "Commissariat à l'énergie atomique" from 26 to 30 october 2014 in the frame of a project entitled "Sharing Best Practices in preventive maintenance of Nuclear Equipment". This training took place in the atomic research center of Birine 200Km south of Alger and interested 20 engineers and researchers from various Algerian research centers.
They are interested in TANGO as open source solution for building distributed Control Systems for laboratory equipments and for surveillance and monitoring of nuclear facilities.
The course was given by Raphael Ponsard, Teacher of the French National Education. Raphael Ponsard is also teaching TANGO to Bachelor students in automation at Grenoble University Technology Institute.
