Tango Bindings Updated

The latest release of the Tango bindings for Matlab, LabVIEW and Igor Pro are available for download. Binary distributions are provided for the Windows and MacOS X platforms. The latter are self consitstent  (i.e. come with the required Tango libraries). No need to install the whole Tango software chain if all you need is a pure Tango client platform. A Tango database and a couple of devices running somewhere on your network is enough to give those bindings a try on Windows and/or MacOS X. Linux users will have to recompile their prefered binding.  See the download section for details.
