PyTango 3.0.4 for windows

New PyTango release

The new version of PyTango (3.0.4) is available for windows.
You will find it in the download (bindings) page.
This version implements the Tango 6.1.0 C++ API.
It has been compiled using the Tango 6.1.1b binaries.
